I truly believe that fitness should be a part of your life but not your entire life. I am a busy mom of two so I don’t have tons of time to spend in the gym each day. When I workout, I prefer to keep it short and sweaty!!! Most of my workouts range from 20 minutes to 40 minutes and while they are not super long, they are intense and that it what makes them effective. Besides, most everyone can find 20 minutes in their day, regardless of how busy they are to keep a healthy heart and burn fat for a leaned out body!!
